The itinerary was nicely designed. We were well informed and updated about each event or activity. The agency representative Anand was very cooperative and helping. By the end of each day he used to call and take feedback. Our driver was a gem of a person. He not only took us to right places but also helped us in identifying right time, place and food to satisfy our hunger. We had a wonderful experience with Jeremy travels during our 5 days trip to Gangtok and Darjeeling. Mr. Anand provided us details from the beginning during the travels selection, documentation for permit, payment installments and so on. He was following up everyday with us to ensure the trip is going on as per the schedule and I would like to thank him for all his efforts to make our trip successful.
